The home side finished at 9/129 with Jack Cole not out on 35, while a number of other batsmen made starts, which proved enough to see them reach the target.
Rodney Blair (3/19) Marshall Blair (3/39) and Mat Cutmore (2/35) were the best of the bowlers for Sunset Dreamers.
Earlier on it was Brad Thomas who led the way with the ball for Delungra with a great spell of 6/21 as Sunset Dreamers were bowled out for 128.
Ryan Saunders was the top scorer for Sunset Dreamers with 42, while Rodney Blair (30) and Mat Cutmore (23) also made starts.
It wasn’t quite as closely contested at McCosker 2 where Staggy Creek were big winners in their clash with the Royal Rats.
The Rats were bundled out for just 72 with Vaughan Gallen (28 not out) the only batsman to offer some resistance.
Kyle Chilcott had the best figures for Staggy with 3/7, while Simon Donnelly and D. Tanner also took two wickets each.
Staggy accounted for the total for the loss of only one wicket, with Jeremy Baxter finishing unbeaten on 33.
A later time slot ultimately worked against Campbell and Freebairn and Warialda after their day/nighter at Varley was washed out after the first innings.
Dave Mudaliar made a half-century for Campbell and Freebairn, while skipper Brendon Campbell (31) and Shaun Rynne (28 not out) also chipped in to help them to a total of 4/148.
Jason Walker bowled a tidy spell for Warialda with figures of 2/15 from eight overs, but the visitors didn’t get a chance with the bat, with the game washed out after Campbell and Freebairns’ innings.
The no-result leaves Warialda on top of the table with 64 points, Staggy Creek just behind with 62, Delungra 56, Campbell and Freebairn 53, while the Rats and Sunset Dreamers are both on 50.
In B grade an unbeaten 124 from Eric Higgins helped Square and Compass to a victory in a close match against Tingha.
Higgins had some good support from youngsters Declan Drake (39) and Liam Spalding (35) to lead them to a strong total of 4/226.
Lex Livermore was the best bowler for Tingha with 2/35, while Kyle Krauss and Corey Livermore picked up a wicket each.
