The finals of the club pairs was played last Wednesday between J Shephard and L Moore and P Wilson and A Carter.

Carter’s team got away to a good start and were 14-5 at 10th ends, but Moore’s team fought back to eventually win on the last end 19-17. It was a very good game to watch.

Marie Ross, Judith Newsome and D Nay 14 def L Podmore, H Harvey and J Towell 10

The team of M Fenton, L Grange, P Wilson and J Shephard went to Guyra on Tuesday and won the runner-up trophy for the day.

M Irwin, Judith Newsome, N Wirth and D Nay are travelling to Delungra next Tuesday for their President’s Day.

There is a Glen Innes team playing District Over 60s championships at Inverell RSM next Thursday.

There is a list on the board for the Glen Innes President’s and Patron’s day for March 14.
